You will most likely need the latest version of the drivers for your video card.
Warzone can be found in many Linux distributions' repositories, although the versions in most repositories are older than the ones found here. Warzone can also be built by downloading the source and using the standard Linux method of:
./configure && make
Then run the game with "src/warzone2100" from the source tree. For more detailed instructions see the Linux Compile Guide.
